This program is void where prohibited by law.
INDEMNIFICATION: Affiliate agrees to hold and indemnify World Wealth and the affiliate programs and parent corporations, individual owners, partners, and shareholders, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, or attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, copyright, slander, and trademark infringement as well as all other claims and lawsuits resulting from the Affiliate's web sites.
DISCLAIMER: You agree that World Wealth is not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions relating to the marketing results achieved from promoting your web site.
MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT: We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time.
